Thursday is Art Walk in Tacoma, meaning the Art Bus will be in full force, T-town's arthounds will be out and at Tacoma Art Place you'll have the chance to "Get Your Hands On Some Clay!" That's the official title, you see, of the 4 - 8 p.m. free opportunity to learn a little something about clay with instruction from ceramic artist Cat Grey. Just wait until you feel the rush when you "Get Your Hands On Some Clay!" (That time we were just yelling at you.) All supplies are provided at no cost and you'll be able to make souvenir coins or pendants. Even cooler, if you leave your work at Tacoma Art Place they'll fire it for you and you can pick it up later.
