Olympia's Sylvester Park will be a hub of activity this week - not a rare occurrence. As the Volcano's Nikki Talotta details on page 13, the park will host the Olympia Independent Music Fest all weekend. And come Wednesday, Sylvester Park gets musical again, this time hosting the kick-off concert of the summertime Music In The Park series, sponsored by the Olympia Downtown Association and scheduled every Wednesday night through August. This week the Afro-Cuban goodness of Ocho Pies graces the stage.
